The Foley Freeze wins Engineering Inspiration Award

The Foley Freeze competed at Lincoln District, March 16 – March 17. During this competition, they were awarded the Engineering Inspiration Award. This award is given to teams that celebrate outstanding success in advancing respect and appreciation for engineering within a team’s school and community.

The team was a part of the sixth seeded alliance along with 6081 and 6852. The alliance finished in the quarterfinals with a 0-2 loss to the powerful third seed alliance. The team will be competing next at the Troy district on Good Friday (March 30- March 31) and at the Forest Hills Grand Rapids District on April 6-April 7.
